No credit card is required, and there are no hidden obligations. You can invite up to 5 team members to validate your workflows within your own solution instance, and all the progress you make will be fully preserved if you decide to stay with the solution.
Absolutely. Questy is built to scale. Many of our clients start as small teams looking to replace manual spreadsheets with a more reliable process. You can start with our 'Start' tier and upgrade your tier when you want, you can also add other solutions or add-ons as well as integrations when your business logic requires them.

About licensing and billing options
Questy uses a per-user subscription model with net monthly pricing. You have the flexibility to choose monthly billing for maximum control or annual billing to unlock a significant discount. Importantly, our licenses do not auto-renew; we notify you ahead of time so you can maintain control over your billing cycles.

ERP bridge and technical logic
Questy is designed to be 'ERP-aware.' We offer native, two-way synchronization with leading European ERPs including Subiekt (GT/Nexo), Symfonia, WAPRO, Comarch (Optima/XL), Navireo, and Enova365. If your ERP isn't listed, our API provides an open path for custom connectivity.
To ensure high-performance, real-time data flow between Questy and your warehouse/accounting software, a dedicated environment is necessary. This prevents lag during intense automation rules or API queries and provides a higher level of data security.
No. Questy is built for scale. We do not limit the number of customers, sales opportunities, service orders, or products you can manage. Your only limitation is the storage capacity of your chosen server environment.
